1. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER

We will use your mobile number to send service-related messages, including booking confirmations and event updates. We also use SMS to answer your questions. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes, even with your consent. We also do not transfer your phone number to any external organizations under any circumstances, even with your consent. We have strict internal policies and technical measures in place to prevent unauthorized sharing or access to your data.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

You may receive up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

3. MESSAGE TYPES

You will receive service-related messages, including booking confirmations and event updates. We also use SMS to answer your questions.

4. OPT-IN CONSENT

To join our text program, reply START to our initial message. By replying START, you are giving express written consent to receive SMS messages from Conlan Coffee at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL. You will then receive a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
